Main uses and characteristics
The QHS type beverage mixer 1-20T/H is superior to producing various carbonated beverages (water, syrup, CO2 gas) for carbonation and proportional mixing, such as lemon, cola, and other soda water. It is the main equipment in the complete set of beverage production line equipment. (Especially the key equipment for the production of medium and high-end beverages.)
1. This machine adopts an injector to add carbon dioxide, and a Venturi injector is used for carbon monoxide filling. The injector can maintain a constant flow rate and ensure a constant flow state. It has a large gas-liquid mass transfer area, low resistance loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption, simple structure, and adopts a multi-stage mixing pump with reliable performance and low noise. Its start and stop are controlled by the float level controller on the finished product tank, ensuring the overall performance of the machine.
2. The mixing ratio is precise and easy to adjust. This machine does not require replacement of parts and can easily adjust the yield and the ratio of syrup to water. The beverage water and diluted sugar syrup water are mixed into the mixing tank through a manually adjustable valve with a scale. As the water tank and sugar tank are at the same height and have equal pressure, the mixing ratio entering the mixing tank can be maintained stable and fully mixed in the mixer before entering the mixing tank, ensuring the beverage mixing ratio.
3. At the degassing tank, due to the action of the vacuum pump, the pressure of the dissolved gas in the water sprayed into the degassing tank in mist form is higher than the pressure on the water surface, thus releasing more than 90% of the oxygen in the dissolved water.
4. This machine adopts a plate heat exchanger for cooling. When the beverage water and dilute sugar syrup water enter the mixing tank through a manually adjusted valve brought to the scale, the mixing pump increases the pressure and enters the plate heat exchanger to fully mix the beverage water and dilute sugar syrup water. At the same time, utilizing the inherent characteristics of the plate heat exchanger, ice water is passed through the other side to mix the dilute sugar syrup water and beverage water while reducing the temperature and improving the carbonization effect. Before entering the plate heat exchanger, some CO2 gas can also be added appropriately to achieve better mixing effect of sugar, water, and gas.
5. This machine can easily adjust the gas content by adjusting it appropriately according to the requirements of the beverage's gas content.
6. The machine is equipped with a comprehensive automatic control system, which has the advantages of coordinated actions, simple structure, continuous production, and high degree of automation.
7. This machine is equipped with an in-situ cleaning process, with a reasonable structure that allows for easy CIP cleaning and meets the requirements of the Food Hygiene Law.
